PRODUCT & FINISH
All furniture offered by Surya
Agung Furniture is made from kiln-dried plantation-grown
teak wood. Teak oil finish is applied on all furniture unless
otherwise specified on the order. WARRANTY
Surya
Agung Furniture warrants that the furniture
will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a
period of 1 year following the purchase date. Our sole obligation
shall be to repair or replace, at our option, furniture found
to be defective.
MINIMUM ORDERS
No minimum order
PRICES & DISCOUNTS
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We offer discount on container orders only. If you are interested
in our container prices, please contact
us.
DELIVERY
Delivery time is 4 - 8 weeks after order confirmation. All
freight charges, including customs duty, are the responsibility
of buyer. Buyer has the option to specify which shipping line
to use; or at the request of buyer, we will use the best possible
shipping line in our opinion. We do not profit from shipping
charges, and will pass all savings to buyer.
CANCELLATION
Once an order has been placed into production, it is non-cancelable
without written approval from Surya Agung Furniture.
PAYMENT
We offer 3 payment options:
§ 50% Deposit due upon confirmation
of order. Balance due before delivery.
§ Confirmed Irrevocable Letter of
Credit at Sight due upon confirmation of order.
§ Credit Card payment for price value
is less than USD 1000.
